Free Tier

SpeakNord offers a free tier that allows you to explore the platform and evaluate its features before making any purchase. We encourage all users to try SpeakNord through the free tier to ensure it meets their learning needs before subscribing to a paid plan.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@speaknord.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation within this 14-day period, you will receive a full refund of the subscription payment.

This right of withdrawal applies in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), who acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy, which includes statutory consumer rights that apply based on your country of residence.

After the 14-day withdrawal period, refunds are provided in accordance with Paddle's refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws. A free tier is available to evaluate SpeakNord before purchasing a paid plan.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
